Coverlam is the result of years of research and development. Thanks to the introduction of lamination pressing technology, now it is possible to produce 1200x3600 mm, 1620x3240 mm, 1000x3000 mm, 1200x2600 mm in a thinner thickness as low as 3.5 mm maintaining excellent mechanical and aesthetic properties.

THICKNESSES
Due to their slimline 3.5 and 5.6mm thickness, Coverlam slabs only weigh 7.8 kg/m2 and 14 kg/m2 respectively, making them much easier to cut and handle. This ensures substantial financial savings in design and building projects due to the faster execution times.
LARGE FORMAT
Coverlam is manufactured in pieces of up to 1200x3600 mm and is sold in various formats, created by dividing up the initial piece with an automated cutting system. the 3.5 mm-, 10,5 mm- and 12 mm-thick coverlam models are composed of a sintered product bisque and a 0.5 mm-thick fibreglass mesh adhered to the back. As a result, the mechanical strength of the piece is substantially improved.
